Nalandra’s Program for 2018

Nalandra will continue to run the Saturday program during school terms with Dharma Discourses followed by meditation. We may also conduct pujas or sadhanas some weeks, as well as long-life prayers. An 8-week Tibetan language course is currently running on Monday evenings, with thanks to teacher Tsering Dorje. Friday drop in is also available to Mandala members to do their personal practice in the presence of Buddha between 7:00-9:00pm. Monthly Padmasambhava tsoks will be held whenever possible.

Special guest teacher Khenpo Ngawang Dhamchoe has generously accepted our invitation to present two days of teaching on the Madhyamika middle way approach, on the weekend of 30 June and 1 July. This transformative opportunity is one worth taking up and sharing with others, so please spread the word in your circles.

In the coming months we are planning some fundraising activities to raise funds for the children of Bhanodi and for building the new Gompa. We will invite your voluntary contributions of time and/or  sponsorship so please put your hands up if you are willing to help, as we need as many volunteers as possible.

We look forward to Rinpoche’s return in October 2018, and to a great line-up of events including the Annual Animal Blessing, Mahakala Puja, and Vajrayogini retreat including a Chakrasamvara initiation.
